Went for a lovely Saturday morning stroll around Windsor this morning with Mum, Dad and Scarlett. We walked into Windsor, feed the swans and the few ducks that were brave enough to get in amongst them!
Scarlett enjoyed it all, and it is part of my Mum's get Kelly fit plan. Last saturday we walked around the Isabella Plantation in Richmond Park. I'm pretty ashamed of the physical condition I am in. My back hurts after I have been walking for only 5 minutes and luckily my Mum understands this, and unlike my husband, doesn't walk off and leave me trailing behind, but encourages me. It's pretty hard going but I am trying.
We had another hospital visit yesterday. Third one recently. More of the same, and upsetting as usual. Mum came with me this time which made a real difference. I'm very very lucky to have her.
